A lounge, a TV and a kitchen area in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Fresh and freshly made meals.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We chose to return because we had been so impressed the first time, and this stay was just as good. Friendly staff, great rooms and facilities and a fantastic location.

Location is fantastic,just in the heart of Berlin, you can easily reach on foot or by metro all the major sights of the city; Staff is very nice and Ursula is super! Quiet,new,clean rooms soundproofed;

I got the studio suite, it was high-class and functional.

Excellent customer sevice and probably one of the best locations to stay in Berlin. Great selection of restaurants and shops nearby and train station less than 2 min walk away.

The spacious apartment was great, but the balcony was unusable due to pigeon droppings.

Very good apartment in a silence place in a city centre with full kitchen, dish-, wash- and drying machines.

No pool in a SPA.

the room was lovely, service excellent. the position of the motel was excellent. a 2 minute walk to the hackescher markt outside dinning and where the tourist walks around the city commence. the motel is within walking distance to the major tourist attractions. hiring a push bike from hotel and riding around city is easy.,

The perfect Berlin escape

The cozy studio welcomed me with amazing views of the city skyline. Loved the convenience of nearby restaurants and the effective Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and overpriced. I expected more variety at this price point, which slightly dulled the otherwise pleasant stay.

Really lovely hotel with excellent facilities in a fantastic location

We liked its location near all transport services. The Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The hotel lobby is comfortable and has a welcoming fire late in the evening. It was great to be able to step out into the midst of so many attractions, either on foot or via public transport. The area immediately around the hotel has lots and lots of excellent places to eat. We did not use the hotel's dining facilities. It was nicer to get out and about. (We recommend block house for excellent steak and burgers) In general we were pretty happy with the apartment and the hotel. The beds are especially comfortable. Basic provisions like tea, coffee, sugar are left for you but not consistently. The washing machine and separate tumble dryer are very useful. Washing liquid for the washing machine and washing up liquid for the small but well equipped kitchen are provided,

The three slightly negative points we would make are: the half-hearted effort some days at cleaning the apartment, even though we were careful to leave it tidy in the mornings; the cost per night of an apartment before you pay for any food; and the mini-bar is expensively priced, but with so many supermarkets in the area selling alcohol and soft drinks, there is no need to use the mini-bar.
